Dr. Beth Glosten

Dr. Beth Glosten is retired from medical practice. She created her RiderPilates program to help riders develop balance and proficiency in the saddle. Beth offers both on-horse rider position-focused riding lessons, and off-horse private and small group Pilates classes. She travels to teach RiderPilates riding clinics. Beth received her Pilates training through the PhysicalMind Institute and is certified through the Pilates Method Alliance. She earned her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine and had a career as an academic anesthesiologist. Beth also teaches mindfulness and is a certified instructor for Mindfulness Northwest. A dressage rider, she has earned her USDF bronze, silver and gold medals, and is a graduate of the USDF “L” judge training program.
